Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards. Sales tax (8.25%) will be added to orders shipped to California residences.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with our product. If for any reason you would like to exchange a pair of kuuru shoes for another pair, or return them, we will gladly accept a return, as long as the shoes are unused, not damaged, and in their original condition. Merchandise must be received 30 days from the invoice date to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the shoes are received after 30 days, or if the shoes are damaged, they will not be accepted. You must also return the undamaged kuuru shoe box along with the shoes. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if purchases were made from kuuru.com or ordered via phone. For refunds, you will receive the same amount that you paid for the shoes, excluding shipping costs. We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.

If you would like to exchange or return shoes, you must first send an email to customerservice@kuurushoes.com, along with the order number, name and size of the shoe that you are returning, and the name and size of the shoe you want to exchange them for (in the case of an exchange). Once we receive your email, we will email you a confirmation number, along with instructions on how to send back the shoes. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an email confirmation number.

Shipping

We provide priority shipping via USPS. If you prefer, we can also send the order express shipping. Please refer to the chart below for prices and shipping schedule.

All shoes will be processed and shipped from the warehouse within 2 business days after it is ordered.

Once an order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation number. You may track the status of your order at USPS.com.
